Why is so little of the brain's potential ability used?

One of the main reasons is that until recently we have known very little about the brain and the way that it works.

Many of the problems we encounter in the use of our mental abilities do not result from any lack in the brains basic capacity, but from inadequate knowledge of its potential and how to use it.

Our increasing UNDERSTANDING of the structure of the brain and the way it functions can help us overcome both this difficulty, and the lack of confidence so many of us experience in making the most of the ability we already possess.

The mind has unlimited POTENTIAL yet it has been said that we use one tenth of our mind and then one tenth of that tenth effectively. That is a total of 1% we use effectively and we even have doubts as to this figure being that high.

Our task is to help you understand the ways in which you can increase this level of POTENTIAL and control your mind much more EFFICIENTLY.
